Beasiswa disampaikan melalui jalur diplomatik. Bagi calon pelamar mengajukan kepada badan resmi/Kedutaan Besar Turki di Jakarta SPP, pembayaran asrama dan anggaran kesehatan (tidak termasuk penyakit kronis, operasi serius, prosthesis, jaw orthopaedics, orthodontics dan teeth prosthesis) dibiayai oleh pemerintah Turki.
